Replace example values with a documented baseline, then vary one assumption at a time. Agree who will collect each measure, which population it covers, and when the team will review it.
Use observed task time to evaluate documentation effort. Separately measure arrival-to-assessment, reassessment reliability, disposition timing, and patients leaving before evaluation where appropriate. Boarding is influenced by inpatient capacity; do not attribute changes to triage software without evidence.
